Quality Control
Highly developed process controls are documented and deployed with each project and operation to help ensure predictable manufacturing processes with minimal defects.
Our use of process control plans coupled with a dynamic failure mode effects analysis proactively indentifies any potential failure before they occur. Should any variation occur, the root cause is determined and a corrective action plan is implemented and verified.
IPAK has created a six sigma infrastructure, employing Green Belts who are experts in these methods.

IGreen promotes the goals of environmental sustainability in our processes and practices.
Some of these include:
- Use energy resources wisely
- Continuously improve methods for reducing waste, emissions and the use of hazardous or toxic materials
- Recycle waste materials
- Minimize the use of any materials that cannot be recycled
