Prior to starting IPAK in 1993, Iris worked for a company that specialized in non-book printing and packaging for publishers.
From the ground up, she helped build the organization IPAK is today. She excels in building teams that work together, as evidenced by the success of the company. From sales to operations, Iris has her hands in all facets of the business. Iris attended Penn State University on full academic scholarship.
