    IPAK has established, implemented, maintained and continually improves upon its total quality management system (TQM), including the processes and interactions in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001:2015. and ISO 27001. In addition, the company applies a step-by-step approach for identifying all possible failures in a design, manufacturing, assembly and distribution through the utilization of failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), Lean Six Sigma, process control plans and root cause analysis.

    IPAK understands the necessity of quality without fail for the high-stakes industries it serves. This extends to the company’s security and material handling policies. All client data is considered sensitive and confidential. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is handled in compliance with regulatory standards, and facilities require keycard access and have 24/7 monitoring. Cybersecurity is of the utmost importance to IPAK, and we adhere to the practices outlined in level 1 of the cybersecurity maturity model certification (CMMC).
